We have local technicians in every major town and city in the Moravian-Silesian Region. Based on your address, we arrange an available technician in your area. We confirm the estimated arrival time by phone, taking their current workload and traffic into account.
How much will it cost?
The price depends on the door or lock, the opening method, location, time and any replacement parts. Ask about travel charges and surcharges during the call, and agree the final scope and price with the technician before work starts.
Can you open the door without damage?
We use a non-destructive approach when the door and lock allow it. Locked doors, damaged cylinders or certain security systems may require a part to be replaced. The technician explains the options beforehand.
What should I prepare?
Your exact address, phone number and a short description of the problem. Prepare identification and evidence that you are entitled to access the property, vehicle or safe. If your documents are locked inside, tell us during the call.
Do you work at night, on weekends and holidays?
Our emergency locksmith service runs 24/7. We confirm availability, estimated arrival and any surcharges when you call.
What if a child is inside or someone is in danger?
If life or health is at immediate risk, call 112 first. The emergency operator will advise you. Do not wait for an email response in an emergency.
