Every safe needs an individual assessment
Tell us the manufacturer, model, lock type and what went wrong. If the label is visible on the outside, read us its details. For an electronic lock, describe whether the keypad responds and what it indicates.
Agreeing the scope in advance
Feasibility, time and price depend on the security level and fault. There is no single method or fixed price for every safe. The technician explains the approach, potential damage and any follow-up repair before starting.
Have the relevant documents ready
The owner or an authorised person should arrange opening. For a business safe, establish who may authorise and accept the work beforehand. Do not force the lock.
For assessment, describe the safe and the fault. Do not email access codes or an inventory of valuables.
