Have the make, model and approximate year of your vehicle ready. Tell us where the keys are, whether the battery is flat, and whether the problem concerns a door or the boot. Different vehicles need different approaches.
Your exact location helps us plan
In a car park or garage, give the level, parking zone and access route. On a road, tell us the direction of travel and nearest landmark. Stay in a safe location.
Opening is different from making a new key
Emergency opening restores access to the car. If the key is lost or its electronics do not work, tell us in advance. Further options and any additional work depend on the vehicle model and need separate agreement.
Prepare identification and evidence that you are entitled to access the vehicle. If the documents are inside, tell us when you call.
